We use a high quality waterborne primer. Prestige Bumpers carries a line of high quality o.e.m. recycled bumper covers that we ship all throughout the continuous 48 states and Canada. All of our bumpers are used but have the tabs in good condition and have no cracks. But they all need to be repainted. SHIPPING IS $150 FOR GREYHOUND GROUND. BUMPER MUST BE PICKED UP BY PERSON MAKING THE ORDER.
